Hướng Dẫn Thủ Tục Bán Điện Mặt Trời Cho EVN Quảng Ngãi

Hiện nay, các hệ thống điện mặt trời được lắp đặt trên mái hoặc trên các công trình xây dựng… Tất cả đều nằm trong diện được mua điện bởi EVN. Các hộ gia đình, doanh nghiệp, nhà xưởng có thể tận dụng năng lượng mặt trời áp dụng vào sản xuất. Thường thì các hộ gia đình lắp điện mặt trời sẽ không tận dụng hết nguồn điện tạo ra trong ngày. Do đó, theo thông tin thì mới đây công ty điện lực Quảng Ngãi đã công bố thủ tục bán điện mặt trời cho EVN. Nhằm tạo điều kiện cho các gia đình và doanh nghiệp lắp điện mặt trời tại Quảng Ngãi.
Trình Tự Và Thủ Tục Bán Điện Mặt Trời Cho EVN Quảng Ngãi
Hiện tại, Tổng công ty điện lực Việt Nam đã ủy quyền cho các công ty điện lực mua bán điện mặt trời đấu nối với điện lưới tại địa bàn. Vì vậy nếu bạn đang có nhu cầu bán điện mặt trời thì hãy liên hệ với công ty điện lực tại địa phương.

Dưới đây là trình tự thủ tục bán điện mặt trời cho EVN mà bạn nên biết:
- Trước tiên chủ đầu tư đăng ký nhu cầu lắp đặt dự án MTMN.
- Tiếp theo công ty điện lực sẻ khảo sát và thỏa thuận đấu nối. Trong trường hợp không đảm bảo điều kiện đấu nối. Công ty sẽ thỏa thuận với chủ đầu tư lựa chọn phương án phù hợp. Để đảm bảo điều kiện đấu nối phù hợp.
- Sau đó chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án và gửi hồ sơ đề nghị bán điên từ án ĐMTMN.
- Sau khi nhận hồ sơ đề nghị. CTĐL sẽ trực tiếp kiểm tra thông số kỹ thuật của dự án. (Nếu không đạt CTĐL sẽ thông báo chủ đầu tư khắc phục)
- Cuối cùng CTĐL sẽ tiến hành lắp đặt công tơ 2 chiều và ký hợp đồng mua bán điện với chủ đầu tư.
Hình thức thanh toán điện mặt trời cho người dân – Thủ tục bán điện mặt trời cho EVN Quảng Ngãi
Hình thức thanh toán điện mặt trời cho người dân bằng chuyển khoản. Tổng số tiền sẽ được thanh toán bằng đồng tiền Việt Nam và được xác định trên từng năm.
- Đối với các chủ đầu tư là doanh nghiệp có phát hành hóa đơn tiền điện hàng tháng. Công ty điện lực sẽ nhận và kiểm tra hóa đơn. Sau đó phê duyệt thanh toán tiền điện theo hóa đơn do bên doanh nghiệp đầu tư phát hành quy định.
- Với các chủ đầu tư cá nhân, hộ gia đình không phát hành hóa đơn. Hàng tháng công ty điện lực sẽ lập một bảng kê thanh toán tiền điện trên hệ thống CMIS. Sau đó gửi xét duyệt và chuyển sang bộ phận tài chính kế toán. Thanh toán tiền điện cho chủ đầu tư. Số tiền thanh toán này không bao gồm thuế GTGT.
Quy Định Kiểm Tra Chất Lượng Của Hệ Thống Điện Mặt Trời
Để đảm bảo an toàn và sự ổn định cho hệ thống điện lưới. Công Ty Điện Lực sẽ trực tiếp đến kiểm tra chất lượng của hệ thống điện mặt trời trên mái nhà bạn. Bởi vì vậy, khi lắp đặt hệ thống bạn nên lựa chọn công ty cung cấp sản phẩm uy tín chất lượng. Để đảm bảo được hệ thống điện mặt trời của bạn chất lượng nhất.
Các bước kiểm tra chất lượng hệ thống điện mặt trời Quảng Ngãi của EVN:
- Trước hết công ty Điện Lực sẽ kiểm tra các giấy tờ, tài liệu, phiếu bảo hành, chứng nhận chất lượng của hệ thống. Để xem xét về chất lượng cũng như thông số kỹ thuật của các bộ phận có đảm bảo hay không.
- Tiếp theo công ty Điện Lực sẽ cử chuyên gia về lĩnh vực xuống xem hệ thống trực tiếp. Quan sát tình hình thực tế của hệ thống, nếu hệ thống đạt đúng tiêu chuẩn đề ra. Bạn sẽ được ký kết hợp đồng bán điện cho EVN.
